4 Holiday Survival Guide Tips of 2020
There is nothing worse than getting run down during the holidays, so here are some of my favorite ways to support our immune system.
Put 4-6 drops of On Guard into your diffuser to clean the air in your home. Don't forget to take your On Guard Sanitizing mist EVERYWHERE with you and spray spray spray! (Hands, shopping cart handles, surfaces in your home, the sky is the limit). Rather than filling up your home with more toxic chemicals, On Guard is the WAY TO GO!
The holidays can bring on a lot of added stress as we are trying to pull everything together. And 2020 obviously has added on some stresses that we never could have anticipated. It's been a rough year, friend.
There are so many essential oils that can be used for stress, but here are 2 of my must-haves. Adaptiv and Citrus Bliss. You can use them separately or combine them because they work amazingly well together! When the stress starts creeping up, add 4-6 drops to your diffuser or combine with fractionated coconut oil and dab onto your pulse points. And don't forget the power of a few deep breaths.
Whether you are needing a few extra Zzzzzz's or your kids need a little help with sleep as they wait for Santa to swing by, Serenity and Balance are my go-to's.
I love to add 4-6 drops to our diffusers at bedtime and add a drop to the bottoms of our feet. Then it's sweet dreams for everyone!
The holidays bring the BEST eating of the year. YUUUMMMM!
But sometimes we can indulge just a little too much, am I right? Of course, it's worth it, but here is my go-to support system for all of our holiday tummy woes.
Before every meal, I take 2 Terrazyme to help digest all of those rich and sometimes heavy foods. And if something doesn't agree with us, I reach for the Tamer Roller and lather up our bellies. (That is my daughter's favorite). You'd be surprised what instant relief it provides!
